Kari began her career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she worked as an auditor in a variety of industries. She then spent 15 years as the Chief Financial Officer of a growing community bank, followed by five years as the Chief Executive Officer. During her tenure, she has worked in all facets of financial reporting, public and regulatory audits, human resources, payroll, lending and general accounting. She used that expertise to help entrepreneurs and businesses of every size to navigate their financial challenges in a changing economic environment.
Kari brings a risk-based perspective to the team, with her combined experience in both public and industry accounting. She has extensive experience in implementing proper accounting procedures and controls, analytical review, reporting and financial planning, and has a passion for helping small businesses achieve success.
